Tony McMahon
Head of Risk
Tony McMahon has extensive senior management experience in the banking sector and has held multiple leadership roles within a major domestic Irish bank, leading teams responsible for Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Corporate & SME, and Mortgage lending portfolios. He has a strong track record in establishing robust risk management frameworks and driving strategic risk initiatives within large organisations. Prior to joining HBFI, Tony was a long‑standing member of a group credit committee and served as a Board Director of an Irish mortgage bank.
