HBFI Year End Update 2022
Home Building Finance Ireland (HBFI), set up by the Government to fund the delivery of new homes, has grown total loan approvals to €1.248bn at the end of 2022, an increase of 49% on the €835m at the end of 2021.

Home Building Finance Ireland (HBFI), set up by the Government to fund the delivery of new homes, has grown total loan approvals to €1.16bn at the end of June 2022, an increase of 38% on the €835m at the end of 2021.
Home Building Finance Ireland (HBFI), set up by the Government to fund the delivery of new homes, has grown total loan approvals to €835m at the end of December 2021, more than double the €395m total approvals at the end of 2020 (an increase of 111%).
HBFI continues to expand & has approved €539m of loans for the construction of new homes as of 30 June 2021.
